Grupo CAD developed the document management system to record, review and control the accounting, administrative and financial operations, verifying the accuracy and veracity of the transactions and carrying out the accounting of them.

The accounting, administrative and financial document management system ensures the standardization and unification of criteria, through manuals and procedures to identify and control the accounting and administrative documents of the Grupo CAD, under the strictest quality standards, with the reliability and opportunity required. .

The document management system allows improving the accounting process due to the monitoring that is established of the operations of the area, based on the information that is held within the document management system, guaranteeing that all the accounting, administrative and financial operations of CAD develop within the framework of applicable policies, rules, procedures, laws and regulations.

Likewise, Grupo CAD developed the administrative control table that allows it to follow up and confirm that in the tasks of processing and verification of the accounting and financial operations of the company the financial and budgetary records are preserved and that these are backed up with the respective documentation, based on an automated document management system.
