GRUPO CAD OWN SYSTEMS FOR MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL OF PROJECTS

The integral management system for control and management of Grupo CAD ‘s own projects allows to determine the consigned value of physical and budgetary progress, for each area and system of the project, as well as the behavior and tendency of each concept, together with the probable projection of Advance or delay, saving or cost overrun of the project based on the monitoring and control of progress, man-hours, cubicles, allocation of machinery and equipment, earned-value and budgets.
The integral management system for project control and management is focused on:

    • Permanently monitor the behavior of the registers, regarding the programmatic framework for the following concepts:
      • Physical progress
      • Field engineering
      • Field Procurement
      • Building
      • Commissioning
      • Transfer of facilities to client
      • Financial progress
      • Progress in assurance goals and quality control
      • Progress in occupational health and safety goals
      • Progress in environmental goals
    • Identify in the records, deviations that temporarily affect or finally the results of the project.
    • Identify the trend of the project according to the results of the records.
    • Identify trends, forecasts of contractual breach and cost overruns.
    • Apply preventive, mitigating or corrective measures to the identified deviations.
      The integral management system for project control and management allows to evaluate the real records in the development of the project activities, compared with the programmed control parameters, which will allow comparing the degree of compliance with the actual behavior against the programmed one.
      The statistical management of records and compliance or deviations from real behavior, will determine:
      • The percentage of deviation from the actual progress results for each concept of the project wbs according to their specific weight in the project based on the assigned weighting
      • The percentage of global deviation of the results, as a sum of the concepts of the control wbs.
    • The identification of the causal concepts of compliance or the deviation of the results.
    • The identification of the general behavior of the project’s progress.
    • The identification of the tendency of wbs concepts to delay or advance.
    • The tendency to delay and advance through the first and second derivatives of the function, with respect to time.
    • The elaboration of the delay forecast – advance for the program and general concept for the project.
    • The description of the actions applied to realign the results of the project progress according to the contractual schedule.
    • The proposal of actions to reinforce the preventive and corrective actions of non-compliance or delay of the contractors in the execution of the project.
    • The results obtained from the application of realignment and reinforcement measures.
